Pablo Berman is founder and co-CEO of TESIS. He leads the company since its founding in 1993, leading the start ups of Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, USA and Venezuela offices and operations.
With over 25 years of experience in IT Consulting and Industrial Automation, he participated in several technological innovation projects for Major World Class Customers.
He is currently General Director of TESIS Leading South America (Argentina, Brazil and Colombia) and Chief Commercial Officer.
Also Pablo was one of the founders of the Technological Center of Rosario, attending the Board of Directors for several years.
Previously He participated in the Research Group of IBM for Massively Parallel Machines with scientific publications and recognition of IEEE and ACM.
He holds a degree in Computer Science, graduated from ESLAI - University of Lujan, and Business Management graduate of the Universidad Austral.
Ariel Mercogliano, Founder and co -CEO of Tesis IT & Automation. He has over 25 years experience in IT consulting and Industrial Automation.
He directed Tesis since its foundation in Argentina in 1993, actively participating in and growth Startups Tesis in Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, USA and Canada and in various international projects of the company.
He is currently Director General of Tesis, leading North America (Mexico, USA and Canada) and Corporate Director of Administration and Finance.

He has a degree in Computer Science, graduated from ESLAI - University of Lujan, and graduate of Business Management from IAE - Austral University.
Gustavo Castro is a Electronic Engineering professional graduated from the National University of Rosario, Argentina. With 25 years of experience in international companies in both Industrial Automation and Technology, Gustavo helped companies such as: Ternium, in the area of engineering projects; General Motors, in the maintenance area and BLC Company in the commercial area. He currently serves as Regional Manager at Tesis IT & Automation, for the countries of Central America, Mexico, USA and Canada, taking charge of the coordination of activities in the offices in those regions and operational planning in the medium and long term.
Guillermo Carasatorre is a professional trained in Systems with more than 20 years of experience in International Technology Companies and IT Services. Currently Guillermo is the General Manager for TESIS leading the Company Operations for Argentina, Brazil and Colombia. Previously he was the Sales and Marketing Corporate Manager being in charge of the sales team to develop Customers and Partners in all geographies where Tesis operates. Before being part of TESIS, he was involved in the commercial development of Companies such as MICROSOFT, UNISYS, NEORIS (CEMEX Group), both in Argentina and in Latin America, coordinating and monitoring their working teams.
Ivan Francisckovic is a Public Accountant graduated from the University of the Latin American Educational Center, Rosario, Argentina. He has over 10 years of experience in coordinating teams in the areas of administration and finance, with a focus on Data Analysis for Decision Making. He worked in multinational companies such as Bunge Argentina and AR Zinc where he assumed the role of leader of the administrative management of the production plant in Fray Luis Beltran. Ivan currently serves as Corporate Administration Manager.
Francisco Andrade has 39 years of experience in information and industrial automation technology sector, participating in the development of computerization and automation plans, team building, development of project management and maintenance systems, including version deployment and update ERPs at Companhia Siderurgica Paulista Cosipa known as USIMINAS Steel Mills of Minas Gerais. Francisco is Professor of graduate courses in Information Technology. Also has a MBA in Competitive Management from Institute of Administration of the University of Sao Paulo and has a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Commercial Santos.
